Los Angeles - After a lively discussion, Mitsubishi finally shows the new face of the Outlander. The car's world debut in Los Angeles with a fresh look.
Mitsubishi All New Outlander comes with a choice of two engines. The first option is a four-cylinder-powered 166 hp with 162 lb-ft of torque. This machine has a capacity of 2.4 liter.
Meanwhile, the larger engine is also presented through the Outlander GT. 3.0-liter engine with a six-cylinder comes with a power of 224 hp and 215 lb-ft of torque transmitted to the system of all-wheel drive (AWD) with 6-speed transmission.
On this occasion, president and CEO of Mitsubishi North America Yoichi Yokozawa also reiterated its commitment to the U.S. market with plans to increase exports of vehicles made in America to help the economy.
"It not only helps reduce the challenges of the yen-dollar exchange rate, (but) we also export a large number of new models to Russia, the Middle East, and Central and South America," Yokozawa said that the quotes from the LA Times.(dw)
